This is a bad one. Shark attacks in the waters off South Africa have risen dramatically so the prettiest shark expert that can be found -- Casper Van Dien! -- is sent to investigate. Of course, it's personal for him since one of his closest friends, also a shark expert, has himself been recently eaten. Van Dien tracks down the very obvious bad guy, while also getting romantically involved with his friend's widow before his friend has even been fully digested. Hey, they can't grieve forever, right.

Shark Attack is a very, very bad movie and the dive scenes don't even come close to saving it -- although the shark footage itself is very good. There are a gaggle of sequels to Shark Attack -- could the movie possibly be that popular? -- that we haven't seen but will go out on a limb and advise against anyway.
